Membership Information

Each Membership year is from January 1st to December 31st. Memberships are $35.00. ($37.00 online) Seniors 65 and older memberships are $30.00. ($32.00 online) If your membership has expired in a previous year, you will still pay $35.00 to renew but you may retain your former MTRA number. All memberships (individual/family) are “conditional” until approved by the Board of Directors. All “Family Memberships” include husband, wife and children under the age of 18. If you are single, a Family membership includes just you and any children under the age of 18. A “Life” Membership is available for $440 ($455.35 online). Maps and Guidebooks are included with the New Member fee. If you would like to purchase the maps and guidebook only, please remit $15.00 ($16.00 online) for non-members, $10.00 ($11.00) for members. No bicycles are allowed on this trail. We are a non-profit organization, therefore, all membership income over and above expenses is used to improve and promote the Michigan Shore-to-Shore Riding and Hiking Trail.
